Explains transactions and tokens on chain 4663 in plain sentences.
Scope reads the chain at call time and turns raw data into answers an agent can act on. Give it a transaction hash and it explains who paid whom, which tokens moved, which approvals were granted (flagging unlimited ones), whether a signed EIP-3009 authorization was used and what the fee was. Give it a token address and it reports supply, decimals, owner, upgradeability, pause controls and signature features, plus any holder's balance and share. If the chain cannot be read, the call fails and nothing is charged.
